About

hi all
As you may be aware Big AL had a spill on his moto x bike a few weeks ago that required him to be air lifted to hospital by the welsh air ambulance
It takes roughly £1500 to get the helicopter up so hopefully we can get somewhere near this figure
last year as Big Al's birthday present I got him a ticket for this years tough mudder North west
I thought it would of been fun to get a few of us old school friends together and do it
Up to last night I hadn't even contemplated doing it without Big Al whilst he is still on  bed rest
But speaking to Lenny and Big Al we decided we should go ahead and at least try and raise a few quid
With the love and determination he and Marsha have the very least we could do is run a 20k tough mudder
so all we ask is that you dig deep donate what you can
because life changes in the blink of an eye and sometimes we relay on the support of services that are under massive pressure
Thanks
Love
Chesworth . Lammy . Lenny

Wales Air Ambulance - Wales Air Ambulance saves time and saves lives. The charity provides vital air cover across the whole of Wales for life-threatening illness or injury. Its 3 red and green helicopters are confronted with a diverse and challenging landscape, but from mountain tops to city roads, Wales Air Ambulance can reach any corner of Wales within just 20 minutes.

The fast response times and access to such difficult locations increases the chances of getting to a hospital within the Golden Hour. This is the first sixty minutes after trauma, and a patient’s chances of survival and an early recovery are greatly improved if they receive the most appropriate care within this crucial hour.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, Wales Air Ambulance has responded to more than 20,500 missions since its launch on St David's Day 2001. Each mission costs approximately £1500. The charity relies solely on public donations to raise over £6 million every year to keep the air ambulances flying for Wales.
