About

So it begins...
The less than magnificent five are setting out to drag their heavy limbs around 26.2 miles of London by hopefully completing the 2017 London Marathon.
Each member of the team have their own reasons for getting stuck in. However it's fair to say the main motivation for us all is to raise some money for a good cause. We've set ourselves a pretty challenging target of a minimum of £20,000, which is where you all come in!
We plan on begging, stealing and borrowing our way to the target but it would be much appreciated if we could bypass that process and jump straight to the giving. After all as a wise man might once have said "giving opens the way to receiving" and who doesn't want that!?!
So, dig deep and get donating and in return we'll keep you all updated on our progress over the long, dark days of Winter!
Thanks,
Stuart, Jamie, Adam, Richard and James

Farm Africa - We believe that Africa has the power to feed itself and that its smallholder farmers hold the key to lasting rural prosperity. We work directly with farmers to help them unleash their potential to feed Africa’s people and help end the need for aid.

Farming doesn’t just provide food, but income and prosperity. Good agriculture can change lives.

Farm Africa focuses on transforming agriculture. We help farmers to increase their harvests, protect the environment and sell their produce in thriving markets.

By providing support, training in effective farming methods and links to markets, we help to build more profitable farming businesses so that whole communities can lift themselves out of poverty.
